Apart from presenting papers two technical sessions were chaired by the president and general secretary of SOTEN respectively. The President, Mr. Padma Bahadur Shahi was session chair in Technical Session-4 of session number 36 and the General Secretary, Mr. Hemant Tiwari was session chair in Technical Session-11 of session number 40.
